Orders sent directly to our site are via an external file upload manager and selecting the link will exit the FCH site. After your file upload, you can choose to return to the FCH site if desired. Any type of file can be directly uploaded including MISMO standard XML files, XML output directly from your mortgage software system, pdf files, image files, Word files, Excel files, etc. Maximum file size is 2mb. For larger files up to 7mb, please use email: info@flood-clearinghouse.com. Please note that uploading files directly to our site does NOT result in automated and instant results. Your uploaded file will be processed in our normal procedure and if available, the results can be uploaded directly to your site for your retreival.

Your certificate(s) will be processed and returned to you via the method you requested. Normal turn-around is one business day from reciept of order at FCH. Original copies, when requested, will be mailed out every Tuesday. Each Tuesday mailing will include all activity for the previous Monday - Friday.

Invoiced amounts must be paid according to the terms stated or as pre-arranged. FCH does not accept credit cards. Invoices for services rendered will be transmitted electronically or by mail as requested.
